  • The course or webinar was cancelled by Traders Guide Academy.

  • Technical issues from our side prevented access to the content, and no resolution was provided.

  • You have made a duplicate payment by mistake.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at traders.guide2019@gmail.com with proof of payment and the reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
